Sometimes you don't need someone to tell you what to do. You need a space where you can hear yourself think, challenge what you've been taught, recognize what you've been repeating, and explore what it might look like to move differently.

HEYOKA Sense: Private Sessions offer honest, intuitive, judgment-free conversations centered on self-awareness, personal accountability, spiritual exploration, relationships, life transitions, and breaking patterns that no longer serve you.

These sessions are for people who are ready to step away from the programming: the beliefs, family expectations, and fears that keep you from thinking freely and living on your own terms. Breaking away is hard. Sometimes it means choosing yourself when the people closest to you don't understand. You don't have to walk through that alone.

Sessions can also include deep work on your relationship with alcohol or other substances. I'm a recovered alcoholic. I say recovered, because alcohol doesn't get to keep the title. If substances have been your band-aid or crutch, we can look at how they play into the ways we get in our own way, how to build a life that supports a clear mind, how to handle the loneliness of leaving old circles behind, and how to stay honest with yourself without drowning in shame.

Your sessions are with Misty, Integration Specialist: a mystic and free thinker who has spent the last 12 years exploring spirituality on her own terms after leaving religion. This is a no-judgment zone. I've lived through too much to judge anyone. What you'll get is brutal honesty with a whole lot of love.

This isn't about giving your power away to someone who claims to have all the answers. It's about reconnecting with the wisdom, discernment, and personal authority you already possess.

No gurus. No saviors. No one-size-fits-all answers.
Just a little spirituality, a little common sense, a whole lot of truth, and a space to explore what comes next.

How it works
1. Choose your session below and click Select a time.
2. Pick your date and time, then check out.
3. Watch for your confirmation email. It includes a short welcome questionnaire where you'll share the best phone number for your call.
4. At your scheduled time (Eastern), Misty will call you.

Session Policy
• All sessions are non-refundable.
• If you don't answer, Misty will try calling 3 times within the first 10 minutes. After 3 missed calls, the session is forfeited.
• Running late? Your session still ends at its scheduled time.
• Need to reschedule? Let Misty know at least 24 hours before your session and she'll move it once. With less than 24 hours' notice, the session is forfeited.
• If Misty needs to reschedule, you'll get first pick of a new time.
